• Orders and quotes: your name, company (optional), billing and delivery address, phone number, email address, order notes, the products you order and, for bank transfers, the payment slip you upload.
• Your account (optional): your name, email, phone, saved addresses, wishlist and order history. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash — we can never see them.
• Contact and support requests: your name, email, phone number (optional), order number (optional) and your messages.
• Reviews: your name, rating and review text, if you choose to review a product.
• Your cart: the products in your cart are stored in your own browser (local storage) until you check out.

• To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders and quotes.
• To run your account: sign-in, order history, saved addresses and wishlist.
• To reply to your inquiries, quotation and support requests.
• To send service messages about your orders, quotes and account (for example status updates and password resets).
• To tell you when a product you asked about is back in stock, if you requested it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

• our hosting, database, file-storage and email providers, who process data on our behalf;
• delivery partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics tools are enabled, they measure how the website is used in aggregate.

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle warranty claims and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can close your account at any time.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the records we must keep by law. You can update your details and addresses in your account, and clear your cart at any time.
