Fortinet FortiSwitch AX9000G Modular Chassis
The FortiSwitch AX9004G is an 11RU modular chassis for data centres, enterprise cores and campus networks — the frame into which AX9000G supervisor modules and line cards are installed, not a fixed-port switch on its own. It supports up to four line cards across 10G, 25G, 100G and multi-gigabit PoE options, with dual supervisors and redundant hot-swappable power supplies. It is managed through FortiSwitchNMS, with FortiLink integration into the Fortinet Security Fabric planned. AccessStore.lk supplies the AX9004G chassis on an order basis with manufacturer warranty and island-wide delivery — call us for a quote on the chassis plus its modules.

No, the FortiSwitch AX9004G is an 11RU modular chassis, not a fixed-port switch on its own. It is the frame into which AX9000G supervisor modules and line cards are installed. The fan, power supply, supervisor module and line cards are ordered separately.
The FortiSwitch AX9004G holds up to four hot-swappable line cards. Those cards cover 10G, 25G, 100G and multi-gigabit PoE options. It is dual supervisor capable, with redundant hot-swappable AC/DC power supplies.
The FortiSwitch AX9004G is managed through FortiSwitchNMS. FortiLink integration into the Fortinet Security Fabric is planned. It is not currently managed through a FortiGate.
