The GBX20 is an extension module that turns a compatible Grandstream phone into a receptionist console. Its 4.3" colour LCD and 20 keys per page give you up to 40 contacts on one module, and you can daisy-chain up to 4 modules for up to 160 contacts — so a receptionist can see who is busy, park and pick up calls, speed-dial, and transfer without paging through phone menus. A single module is powered by the host phone itself, and the included 12V/1A supply powers the setup when 2 or more modules are connected.
