Against the Pro XG Wall the only specification difference that matters is the uplink — 2.5 GbE here versus 10 GbE there — so choose the XG Wall only when the wired backhaul behind the room genuinely needs multi-gigabit headroom. The wall-mounted version of the tri-band U7 Pro: 6 spatial streams with 6 GHz support, for rooms, corridors and wall installations where a ceiling mount is not practical, including home-builder and multi-room projects.
2x2 MU-MIMO on each band, peak rates of 5.8 Gbps on 6 GHz, 4.3 Gbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, about 140 m² (1,500 ft²) of coverage and 300+ clients.
Only in the uplink: the Pro Wall uses a 2.5 GbE port, while the Pro XG Wall uses a 10 GbE port. Radios, coverage, clients, power (PoE+, 22W) and form factor are otherwise the same class of unit; the Pro Wall is slightly smaller at 150 x 103 x 36 mm and heavier at 580 g.
Wall mounted with the mount included; optional flush-mount and table-stand accessories exist for other installation styles.
Yes — it is managed from the same UniFi Network application, with the same roaming, guest-portal, VLAN and PPSK features as the rest of the U7 family.
