The Enterprise Campus 48S is the non-PoE twin of the 48S PoE: identical port layout and identical 680 Gbps switching capacity — 32 multi-gigabit 2.5G and 16 ten-gigabit ports, four 25G SFP28 uplinks and two 100G QSFP28 ports — but without the PoE power budget. Stacking with Cross-Stack LAG is retained for high-availability designs, and the manufacturer recommends pairing it with Enterprise Campus Aggregation at the core. It suits data-heavy offices, campuses and server rooms where endpoints take power from elsewhere and every port needs multi-gigabit speed. Hot-swappable power supplies and fans, Layer 3 switching with inter-VLAN routing and Etherlighting port identification complete the set. Note: this is a full-depth unit — it requires a 4-post rack, or a centre-mount bracket or cantilever shelf on 2-post racks, for optimal support.

No — this is the non-PoE version of the 48S PoE. If your endpoints need power over Ethernet, use the 48S PoE instead; if they are powered separately, this model gives the same throughput without the PoE premium.
