The Flex Mini 2.5G is the smallest multi-gigabit switch in the range: five 2.5 GbE ports in a 117 mm box that runs on a USB-C adapter or a PoE input — so it can sit on a desk powered by a phone-style adapter, or hang off an existing PoE port with no separate power supply at all. It suits a desk cluster of multi-gig devices, a media corner or a room where a couple of endpoints need more than gigabit. With 25 Gbps of switching capacity it removes the gigabit bottleneck for those devices, and management is through the UniFi Network application. Note: this is a non-PoE switch — it takes power in, but does not hand PoE out to endpoints.
