The Pro 8 PoE is the compact Pro-line switch: eight gigabit ports — six at PoE+ and two at higher-power PoE++ — with a 120W budget and two 10G SFP+ uplinks, in a desktop/wall-mountable box with a 1.3-inch touchscreen. It suits a small office or branch room where a couple of devices need PoE++ power (a PTZ camera, a high-end access point) while the rest run on PoE+. Layer 3 switching with inter-VLAN routing keeps traffic segmented on the switch itself, and management is through the UniFi Network application. Note: like the other Pro (non-Max, non-XG) models, this one does not list Etherlighting.
