The U7 Pro XG is the straightforward way to get a 10 GbE wired backhaul behind a tri-band WiFi 7 ceiling access point. Its six-stream radios cover the standard office case well, and the multi-gigabit port means the uplink keeps pace when several fast clients — or a local server or NAS — move data at once. Compared with the XGS it gives up the 4x4 5 GHz radio and the dedicated scanning radio, and it runs on PoE+ rather than PoE++, which makes it easier to power from an existing PoE+ switch. A 10 GbE uplink on a 6-stream tri-band WiFi 7 ceiling access point. If the wired network behind the access point is multi-gigabit, the uplink will not bottleneck the wireless side the way a 2.5 GbE port can.
6 spatial streams — 2x2 MU-MIMO on each of 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz — with peak rates of 5.8 Gbps on 6 GHz, 4.3 Gbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz.

PoE+ power, up to 22W, delivered through the same 10 GbE RJ45 port that carries data. It measures Ø206 x 32.5 mm and weighs 750 g.
The XG has a 2x2 radio on 5 GHz (4.3 Gbps peak) and no dedicated spectral scanning radio, while the XGS has a 4x4 5 GHz radio (8.6 Gbps), a scanning radio, 160 m² coverage and 500+ clients, and needs PoE++ instead of PoE+.
